I bought the land and built the house in 1993 for my retirement, The house has been well maintain and upgraded yearly to keep it in beautiful condition,i love going down there myself when i am able.

I bought this because of its location and original view and great family home.

What makes this property unique

House is centrally located on the best residential street in San Jose. House has eighteen inch Adobe built walls cement covered,makes a big difference a night during winter months,keeps the house warm at night.Lots of patio area to sit or lie on for sun or shade.Fully equipped kitchen for people that love to cook,if looking for a very quite home to relax you found it,the street has new lighting installed and is extremely safe,the pace I'm renting for is cheap for families and two couples to share.
