The Garden House is perfect for families and friends looking for a special retreat. You will be welcomed with an abundance of natural light, an inviting open floor plan and a fresh casual atmosphere. Start your day with a dip in your private pool surrounded by palm trees and lots of sunshine. Enjoy coffee or adult beverages from the lounge chairs or dining table that is right outside by the pool and kitchen.

Come home from your day of exploration and relax on the sectional sofa while catching up on your favorite shows on the 56" smart flat-screen TV, complete with cable and wireless internet. Rest up for a fun-filled evening on the town with a power nap in one of the three attractive bedrooms. Make your favorite dinner in the fully equipped professional kitchen, offering all the essential cooking utensils you will need. Have an al-fresco style fiesta in the pool-side, outdoor living space while you reflect back about the day's activities. Or, enjoy your creations while eating in the mid-century dining room (seats 6) that overlooks the lush backyard.

Bedroom Configuration:
- Master Bedroom: Queen size bed with with private master bath and flat screen TV
- Bedroom 2: King size bed with flat screen TV
- Bedroom 3: Queen size bed with flat screen TV
House rules:
- Absolutely no smoking
- No pets allowed due to home owner allergies
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID required upon check-in
- Guests will be required to fill grill tank should it empty while during their stay. $30.00 additional cleaning charge if grill is not cleaned after reservation has been fulfilled.

VERY IMPORTANT:

If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced or other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:

(Loud noise late at night will disturb the neighbors and is not allowed!!)

No parties or events allowed. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500 and will need to leave if this happens.

Examples:

Booking a stay with 6 people and then inviting over 10 additional people for a BBQ.

Booking a stay with 6 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.

Our house rates are based on 6 guests in total. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests are staying when you book. Undisclosed guests will be charged at a rate of $100 per night. Any guests over 6 guests will be charged $250 per night.

If undisclosed animals are brought there will be a $100 per night charge added to the stay.
