Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for their stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This goes for visitors as well. This unit sleeps 8 people max per the fire marshal. This includes children of all ages. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out & will be evicted immediately.
The unit comes with 1 designated parking space. Parking is included in the booking breakdown. The resort does offer overflow parking for across the street. However, that lot is first come first serve. A second vehicle pass can be purchased for an additional $40.00. Only two vehicles allowed per condo.
Wristbands are required to be worn on property at all times. There will be 8 wristbands left for you in the unit. The cost for wristbands is included in the booking breakdown. If you lose or damage a wristband during your stay guests will need to go to the resorts office to get it replaced. Guests are responsible for the fee to replace them.
Smoking is absolutely prohibited at this resort. If any evidence of smoking is found the renter agrees & will be charged a $500.00 fine.
Guests are not allowed to smoke on property at this resort.
Check In Time is 4pm central time & check out time is 10am central time. If you are not out of the home by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour. Please be respectful to the next guests & check out on time.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not guarantee early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready. Please do not show up to the unit until you have been notified by our office that the condo is ready.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by the resort that you are being disrespectful or disruptive you could potentially be evicted with no refund. Please be respectful to our neighbors. As not everyone is here on vacation.
This unit is not pet friendly. If we are notified that you have a pet in the home, you will be evicted immediately with no refund. If any evidence of a pet is found during inspection after your checkout you will be charged a $500.00 violation fee.
If you have a service dog or an ESA animal those animals must be disclosed to our company prior to booking.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.
We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply.
The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.
There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. That rate is for stays less than 30days.
If a guest books a 30-60 day stay the rate does increase for those type of bookings. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.
