Jim and I live in the Midwest and we have 5 children, two grandsons and a large extended family. Jim and I had been looking for a place to enjoy that our family would love to visit. Our daughter in law's parents who live full time next door at Emerald Isle convinced us to come down and find the perfect beach home. We began with another unit on the 17th floor (VRBO 749476) here and added this beautiful Penthouse home in November of 2017. With much love and attention, we want to do everything we can to make your vacation the best it can be. Booking both condos will make any large gathering special!

Why they chose this property

Jim and I love, of course, THE VIEWS and that the beach is only an elevator ride away! We also feel that the floor plan is optimal, rooms spacious and ready for guests. We love the location of Tropic Winds, the underbuilding designated parking and that this condo is on a quiet part of the beach but is close to all of the fun in Panama City Beach and nearby areas.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the views from our balcony and could sit and watch the beach all day! For those of you who can't leave technology behind, we have secure, high speed internet capable for movie streaming to our 3 smart Samsung TV's and bandwidth to allow coverage for multiple phones/tablets/gaming systems. Our kitchen contains all that you need to prepare a simple or gourmet dinner. We also have covered, under the building parking near the elevators.
