With plenty of space for everyone, the home boasts large bedrooms and generous storage. The third-floor bunk room is a guest favorite, featuring two king beds, two twin beds, and a classic Pac-Man arcade game—perfect for kids and kids at heart! On the first floor, you’ll find a private suite with two queen beds and its own bath, while the primary suite on the second floor offers a private balcony, spacious en suite bath, and walk-in closet.

Outside, the fun continues with an expansive paver patio outfitted with Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire pit, a built-in grill with griddle, an outdoor beach shower, and even a convenient half bath in the garage. Enjoy outdoor games like horseshoes, tiki toss, cornhole, bocce ball, and croquet. There’s plenty of seating on both the front and back decks, as well as ample parking for guests. We had a blast celebrating a couple of birthdays! The place was super clean and decorated very nice . Melanie was quick to respond and we just loved the location and quietness. Perfect retreat getaway for the family. We will definitely be back.

We used the property for a family gathering. The location is perfect for the beach, an easy walk/carry all the beach things. The property was well maintained, appointed and even had a bunch of beach items in the garage to borrow that came in handy when our pop up crashed. We enjoyed every minute of the trip and would highly recommend this property for others...it is on our do again list

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beach house! The home was thoughtfully designed with families in mind—every detail was considered to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. From the fully stocked kitchen to the beach gear and cozy spaces, it was clear the host put a lot of care into creating the perfect getaway. The location was ideal: just a short walk to the beach and tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and make memories. Beach Getaway

We recently stayed at this beach home and the views were amazing. We stayed with a group and everyone was impressed with the cleanliness and amenities available. Melanie made available all cooking utensils, beach chairs, a cart, beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, extra comforters, really anything you could need. She left us the sweetest welcome gift for our stay. It was best experience for a long weekend getaway, highly recommend.

Melanie is an amazing host! She is prompt in answering our questions and made us feel very welcomed. Beach vacation

Family Vacation with our adult children. Steps away from the beach love the well stocked kitchen. Host has given extra thought to what you might need to make your stay great. Every time I would say “I wonder if they have…?” It would be there. Appreciate the attention to making this VRBO feel like a home away from home. Definitely recommend staying here with family of all ages.

Exceptional Gem in Pirates Beach

This house is stellar and I would give 10 stars if I could. Entire house has been updated, adorable decor, immaculately clean, AC works like a champ and the kitchen had everything we needed. BOTH decks give unobstructed views of the beach and it’s just steps away from the sand. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are pristine. The owners have thought of everything to make this a relaxing stay. They made us feel very welcome and appreciated. We are already checking our calendar to see when we can come back.
