Beachview Beauty in Seascape

When the beach is your destination for fun, then this Seascape condo should be your home away from home. This beautifully appointed 2BR/2BA condo in the sprawling Seascape Resort overlooks the emerald gulf waters and the whitest sand beaches in Florida. Wake up to an unobstructed view of the beach, while enjoying a newly remodeled retreat with all the creature comforts of home. The King MBR is on the main living level, with a second BR upstairs with queen bed and a single bed. Both have their own attached bathrooms. Recent upgrades include new tile bathrooms with walk-in showers, new premium bedding and linens. The kitchen is fully-equipped for entertaining or cooking for your family. The dining room seats six, and the living room leads out to a furnished deck overlooking one of the five pools on the property. New HDTV's have been installed throughout.

The beach is about 25 yards from your door, and a freshwater lake producing 5 lb. bass is equally close. Seascape is a 300 acre resort property with a championship 18 hole golf course, a world-class tennis center, and a 2000' beachfront. Seascape's dedicated beach was selected by Conde' Nast magazine as the best beach in Florida, with wide expanses of powder white sand, great beach amenities, and with the only structure allowed on the beachfront being the Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Restaurant, a local icon.

A perfect getaway for couples or a small family. The condo is non-smoking and not pet friendly. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. Please note that during the summer season (Memorial Day weekend 'til mid-August) this condo is ONLY available on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Relaxed Getaway

Whenever we arrived, the condo was just exactly as displayed on the website! The condo was very clean and spacious and on very close proximity to the beach. I will be looking to book this again here soon!

Perfect location

Close to the beach, pool, and whales tale restaurant. Within walking distance of some shops, a convenience store and a coffee shop and bakery. The condo was clean and well maintained. Steve was very communicative and great host!

Clean unit had issue with coffee pot but was corrected immediately. Would recommend getting rfd code for back gate lots closer to unit.

Great stay and excellent host!

We had a great stay here. Upon arrival the air conditioner was leaking and not wanting it to cause any house damage I let Steve know. He txt right back and was over there in minutes and had an A/C guy out there a few hours later to fix it. Even offered another unit as he knew we had kids and didn't want us to get hot. Can't find a better host than that. Would highly recommend the location and Host. Right across the street from Wales Tail and beach. Plan on staying here again.

Steve was very helpful and friendly in helping us get checked in and locate the property. The area is great and just across the street from the beach! Only negative is the exterior of the property was not well kept during construction.

Greate Customer Service, Great Location, & Great Unit!!!!

Steve provided exceptional customer service while staying at Seascape! The unit was wonderful, clean, and close to the beach and Whales Tail. We love staying at Seascape as we stay there every year. Steve provided the best unit and experience by far out all the Seascape units we stayed in the past! We will definitely be staying in one of Steve's units in the future! Seascape Holiday is the best! I look forward to another great experience!!!

Nice place

This was a great place overall with great access to beach. 1 minute walk. Pool access was right behind Condo and very nice. Condo was fitting for my family of 5. Only inconvenience is current remodeling. Limited parking d/t parking spaces being used to store items. No outside lighting at the front door or patio available when we were there. I would recommend .

AWESOME!

This is by far the best property I have ever rented! The condo was clean and very spacious! The owner paid attention to great detail with this property. Trust me everything that you need is in the house. Don’t sleep on this place!
