The location is perfect, I came with my friends to Houston for a concert and we made it a multi day trip, being in the center of Montrose next to some great food and not far from anywhere was amazing!! The balcony is private enough so no one can see when youโ€™re there but itโ€™s a perfect spot to people watch with the day and night life. This was a very cute place to stay and made our trip so much more amazing.

We had a last minute change during the holidays and booked this for a one-night stay on Christmas Eve. Check-in wasnโ€™t until 6pm and we had to pay for early check-in which was frustrating since the check-in time is already pretty late. The listing is not very accurate. The pictures make the space look a little nicer than it actually is. The furniture was fairly stained and all of the sheets/towels were low quality. The dining room table is not the same as in the photos. It is much bigger and has some paper glued to it in places. The size makes it hard to get in and out of the kitchen. There is also no rug in the living room.The space was fine overall, but we were expecting something nicer based on the photos. However, I don't think would stay here again if we had the chance.
