Park next door to spread out and play. Close to Cottonwood ski canyons! Ski in the morning, and enjoy a movie, dinner, and activities all in one day. Plus, convenient freeway access to downtown Salt Lake and many exciting nearby attractions. We also LOVE the private community park that shares the side yard with this home. The picnic tables and grass play area are great to gather together. The 2 hot tubs in the back with connecting decks also provide double the amenities, but still privacy in separate units.

Privacy yet close enough

It was so nice to have my family close yet have our own privacy. We loved being able to be together during the day, hanging out at the park just behind the homes was awesom but getting some down time alone was great. Highly recommend! I love using Utah’s Best Vacation Rentals they really do go above and beyond to help with all of our needs!

We loved renting these two units side by side.

We had a group retreat in this complex and Utah's Best has 6 units all by each other. They were all clean and in very good condition and everyone had a great time. This is an incredible value due to their location and amenities.

two amazing homes

we enjoyed being able to stay at both homes right next door to each other. This was a great option so that our family could be near each other but not have both families right on top of each other. We look forward to staying her again
