We had a wonderful time and found the houses to be wonderful as well. The beds and pillows were the best….so comfortable! We didn’t need the sofa beds, but did utilize two of the blow up mattress and put them the master bedroom. They fit great with the master bedroom being so large! The blow up mattresses were a nice surprise and the two younger children thought they were soo cool!!!! The children loved the park next to the homes too! Plus the adults walked/ran the path around the park…very nice!We will definitely be using Verbo again!!!

rental for wedding party

This rental was perfect for getting 2 properties connected to each other. We used these to separate the groomsmen and the bridesmaids and bride/groom the night before the wedding and have space for us to get ready the morning of the wedding. I accidentally left my bridal bouquet and luckily it was collected and I'm able to pick up.

BEWARE! Embarrassing business retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Do not let the pictures fool you. These units are in disrepair. From poor paint jobs, drains that don't drain, ice maker/water in fridge not working, outlet covers not attached, missing/burned out light bulbs, filthy/inoperable hot tubs, inefficient air conditioning (they even added window units), inoperable fireplace to exposed carpet tack strips that are easily stepped on (by several including me!), these units were embarrassing for me who brought 12 people with for a business conference and I'm not even listing everything! Add in the homeless sleeping in park directly behind and suspicious activity in parking lot, and you have a week full of apologies to your team who didn't feel safe. Worse yet, the communication. I called several times and begged the answering service to have someone call me, including one evening at 11pm when I got a message from my team in the other unit about strange men sitting on their attached back patio, and no return call. I left messages several times the following week after returning home as well. Nothing. I have pictures and videos of EVERYTHING. I would NEVER recommend these units or this rental company.

Best Double Condo in Utah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and modern. The only issue we had was with the ice machines on both sides. Neither worked properly and one was very loud, we couldn’t even talk to each other when it was making noise. Very nice neighborhood, felt safe to walk and great location. The people I spoke with on several occasions were friendly and professional. Would recommend this property.

Ski trip 2022

Very handy access to Cottonwood Canyon resorts. Enjoyed the two hot tubs. Quick response from management for any problems. The houses are set up well for families and couples, not so well for a guys trip. I would consider bunk beds or two double beds in the other large bedrooms rather than king size beds. Some of the pots and pans could use a little updating too. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great House for Large Families

We rented both units of the duplex and had plenty of room for our group of 4 families. House was clean and had everything we needed when we arrived. Location was great. About 40 minutes from Park City. I would recommend an all wheel drive vehicle during the winter because we saw several cars struggle to get up the hill out of the neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay!

Address and ac problems

Absolutely awful one of the toilets overflowed. The check in process was awful. I paid for early check in and had to call to get my house addresses to which the receptionist staff insisted on arguing with me. The air conditioner kept turning it self to 78 degrees. Pluming was very loud as well.

Great for groups, you can sleep multiple families, be together, and still enjoy your privacy in separate units. Please note, there is no interior door connecting the units (access from exterior only).

Park next door to spread out and play. Close to Cottonwood ski canyons! Ski in the morning, and enjoy a movie, dinner, and activities all in one day. Plus, convenient freeway access to downtown Salt Lake and many exciting nearby attractions. We also LOVE the private community park that shares the side yard with this home. The picnic tables and grass play area are great to gather together. The 2 hot tubs in the back with connecting decks also provide double the amenities, but still privacy in separate units.
