BEACHFRONT BEAUTY @ Gulf House 604!! This 2-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath condo sleeps 6 comfortably and is right on the Gulf of Mexico in Gulf Shores. You are only steps away from the sandy white beach! With only 36 units, and 6 units per floor, you will enjoy this low density, family friendly complex.

THE SPACE: Enjoy cooking at the beach in our fully stocked kitchen with updated cabinets. We provide both a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. Our dining table seats 6 and there is seating for 2 at the bar. Relax in the spacious living room which has a sofa, love seat, recliner and a TV, along with access to the balcony. Take a moment to enjoy the balcony where you can watch the surf and have your morning coffee.

The master bedroom has a KING bed with an en-suite half-bath and a TV. The guest bedroom has TWIN bunk beds and a FULL bed and is located across from the full-size hall bath. Both bedrooms are decorated with coastal art, lamps, and bedding. The unit does not have a washer/dryer. However, each floor has a convenient credit card operated laundry center. For your convenience, we offer free WIFI, cable and keyless entry.

THE PROPERTY: The complex has a beautiful pool with plenty of lounge chairs and tables to relax in. For the grill master in your family, there are charcoal grills and picnic tables to cook and enjoy your favorite beach specialties! Off the elevator, you are located just steps to the pool or beach! Beach service is available in season. YOU ARE BEACHFRONT and only steps away from the white sand, so spend your day watching the waves and soaking in the sun! When your day is done, wash away the sand with the convenient outdoor hose and shower. Parking is available onsite and half of it is covered, so you may choose any open spot. Located near the elevator, carts are available for unloading your gear. The unit does not have a washer/dryer. A clean, credit card operated laundry center with washers and dryers is located on each floor. There is a QR code to download an app which you can use to securely upload a credit card and pay.

THE AREA: You will be in the heart of Gulf Shores, conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Visit The Wharf in Orange Beach or Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley. Catch a thrill on the rides at OWA Amusement Park. Local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park. Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature trails, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, golfing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.

*Must be 25 to rent, proof of age is required. *Non-smoking unit. *No pets allowed. * No parties. *Paid parking, max 2 vehicles per condo. Parking pass must be displayed at all times while parked on the property. *No boats or trailers allowed on property. *A starter set of paper towels/toilet paper provided, bring extra if staying more than a couple of days. *Beach towels are not provided. *TV's are not equipped with cable. Guests may utilize streaming services with their own account to watch TV.
