The kitchen opens to a large back deck for grilling alongside outdoor dining table and cozy seating. Plenty of outside seating available on two separate porches; enjoy Hull’s front-porch-friendly culture or relax on a more private backyard deck overlooking the large fenced in yard. A small office is available on the first floor with a French door offering privacy for work or naps. Newly refinished wood floors throughout. Prefer to rent to a family for the full summer or month stay … live the summer with easy access to the beach and bay in a family friendly alphabet neighborhood.
