No Smoking anywhere in house or outside on any part of property. Forfeiture of deposit if any smoking.
NO animals or pets of any kind on property even for visitors or people coming to say hello or temporary visits or deposit is forfeited.

A perfect rental!

My husband and I needed a place to stay while our home was being remodeled. This rental was perfect. It was well appointed with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty with a beautiful pool and amenities. We especially enjoyed the backyard and pool at our house. The views were beautiful with a view of the water and sunsets. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect House

We spent a wonderfull month, the house is in perfect condition with high level of equipement and furniture, everything is new and design is very contemporary. We enjoyed the pool with no screen, to us this is definitly the best to fully enjoy the pool, garden and the lake view. The community of Marbella Lakes is very well equiped with tennis, basket ball, kids pool .. The house is close to 5th avenue and beach. The owner are very friendly and make their best for you to feel like at home. Merci Beaucoup !

We picked the Perfect house on the best lot in the Perfect gated community where the nicest people live!! We hope you enjoy our home as much as we will. We promise to keep the house completely updated and in exceptional shape and value your feedback to make your experience here the most memorable!

Why they chose this property

Best compromise for Naples in terms of location. New house with private pool/hot tub lakefront in new gated community with all amenities including lighted tennis courts and dedicated pickleball courts but only 6 miles to the beach, close and convenient to everything! Costco is 8 minutes away. Least amount of seasonal traffic off of Livingstone Road with easy access to Golden Gate Parkway to reach the beach.

What makes this property unique

Our friends moved to Marbella Lakes a few years ago and convinced us to look at the area for retirement. After spending countless hours looking all over the greater Naples area with a fantastic realtor we were blessed to find this house. It was amazing to us that after looking at so many properties in so many communities around Naples we would find the perfect house in the same community as our dear friends. I think this was meant to be. The finishes in the house, incredible natural lighting throughout and the direct back Southern exposure over the private pool/hot tub and lakefront view with herons and otters made it a no-brainer. The Community Center has everything! Hope you agree!
