Not that clean, not that nice, manager was rude and unresponsive. Check in was supposed to be at 5:00pm. We arrived at 5:20 with no access. Messaged the manager repeatedly with no response other than “we will let you know when it’s ready. Weren’t able to check in until 5;45. A total of 3 crappy towels for 3 guests. Very basic accommodations. Window units were old and not very functional. Only reason I give 2 stars is the excellent location.

Condition

Clean property with a nice patio in a good, safe neighborhood close to restaurants and shops. A few items need attention. One of the bathroom bathtubs has no water stopper. There are no electrical receptacles in the same bathroom or on the dining room walls. The front door has a gap at the side and bottom large enough to let insects and small lizards in the room. The living room couch has some nasty looking stains. The refrigerator door will not close without a strong push.
