Check-in was seamless thanks to the custom door code provided. This also made the rest of the week easy, not having to worry about having a key with you when you leave. The house was spotless, well kept and very organized. My family has visited many vacation rentals and this was by far the most amenity filled accommodation we’ve experienced. A cooler, bikes, towels, games, well stocked kitchen, gas grill, garage …the list goes on and on. It’s as nice as it looks in the photos. Highly recommended.

The house was clean and spacious, easily accommodating our group of seven adults. House has two master suites, one up and one down, the second a bit smaller, so two couples can have their own space. We enjoyed watching movies on the large tv in the living room. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had black out shades and ceiling fans.Fully equipped kitchen made cooking at home easy and convenient. The spice drawer was stocked and grill was easy to use. We made espresso every morning and drank it on the screened in porch watching the geese on the pond. That didn't prevent us from checking out nearby Kristina's Kitchen which is only a 15 minute bike ride from the property. The garage had all the activities - bikes, corn hole, pickleball paddles, and sports balls. The pool was a short bike ride or walk away.While the property is not walkable to the beach it is conveniently located near grocery store, coffee shops, and good restaurants that are just as good as those in Bethany without the crowds. James Farm Ecological Preserve is close by and is a hidden gem with free parking and a small sand beach on Indian River Bay. EcoBay Kayaks is there and we did the sunset kayak/SUP tour which was fabulous.Communication with the host was excellent and fast. If you would like to drop off your luggage before check-in it's worth asking; the host will accommodate you if possible. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience at this property for our family & friends this week. The property itself was very clean & the layout was beautiful. We could tell the owner was very thoughtful & intentional with their amenities. It was a huge plus to have linens and towels provided without having to use an outside service or have the added expense. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could need to cook or entertain. Games, bikes, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella....all provided for us as part of our stay & made the quality of our experience even better. We stay in Bethany Beach every year & this was our best rental home we have had the pleasure to use. Communication was clear, items were organized & labeled, all around a great experience. We look forward to trying to book again for next year.

Beautiful home...excellent location...and wonderful owner!

From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The villa is beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space to spread out and relax with family or friends. Everything is thoughtfully furnished and well-equipped, making it easy to settle in and enjoy a stress-free vacation.One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch overlooking a peaceful pond — the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the geese. The catch-and-release pond sits just 20 feet from the back porch, making it easy to cast a line whether you have two minutes or two hours to spare.The Bishops Landing community is quiet, beautifully maintained, and features a fantastic pool. The owner goes above and beyond by providing beach and pool gear, bikes, and pickleball paddles, making it easy to enjoy every amenity.On top of everything, the owner was a pleasure to work with — always responsive, friendly, and helpful. Her clear communication made planning our stay a breeze and added to the overall positive experience.You’re sure to enjoy your stay just as much as we did — this home truly has it all.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this home again! The location was perfect… close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The house had plenty of space for our family to spread out comfortably, and the views of the pond were beautiful, especially in the morning and evening.The kitchen was one of the best-stocked vacation rental kitchens we’ve used, making it easy to prepare meals without feeling like we were missing anything. Our favorite feature, though, was the screened-in porch. We spent so much time out there enjoying coffee, meals, games, and simply relaxing without worrying about bugs. It quickly became everyone’s favorite spot.Mary-Kay was an exceptional host. She was incredibly communicative from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. Check-in was seamless, and she even offered us an early check-in, which was such a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated.The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. We highly recommend staying here and would gladly return!
