Hermosa casa de 5 pisos, 5. 3 baños y 2 pisos en las populares Bear Trap Dunes con 2 piscinas comunitarias al aire libre, piscina cubierta, gimnasio y tenis. Tambi��n cuenta con una casa club y 3 campos de golf de nueve hoyos y un restaurante en las propiedades. Sin mascotas. No Fumar. Hay un recargo de $ 50 por persona a la guardia de vida por las insignias que también le permiten usar BEACH SHUTTLE. No tienes que preocuparte por un lugar de estacionamiento o metros. Te dejaron justo en medio de la ciudad de Bethany Beach. El servicio de traslado sale cada 30 minutos. El porche cubierto de 40 pies permite una relajante velada encantadora con vista al campo de golf. Esta casa cuenta con una gran área de gran sala y una suite principal increíble en el primer piso, así como otros 2 dormitorios. Muy bien decorado y decorado. My first summer vacationin Delaware

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was lovely, but I did not like the idea that I practically had to clean the house before I left.. warrant housekeeper is coming into clean? Putting the bedspreads back on the bed made me think that perhaps they’re not washed between guests.. I was not comfortable with that. Also, I think the owner should purchase tags for the property for the season and charge each guest a little bit more for the rental so that we did not have to go out and buy the tags for the use of the facilities on the property.

Great community. House is very large and was very clean at check in.Only issue was air conditioning upstairs. Window units were provided and necessary. Communication from rental agency could have been better. We were not informed that air conditioning unit was being replaced, a full day project, or that someone was coming in to replace a light bulb.

Mutigenerational family vacation

Bear Trap Dunes was a wonderful place to spend one week and take advantage of on site amenities as well as the neaeby beaches. House was very comfortable for the 10 of us.

This property worked well for our extended family’s vacation. There was plenty of space in the home and opportunities around the community so that family members were not cramped. We enjoyed the trip!

Reviewer Comments: the house was big and beautiful 10 adults and 2 children we had plenty of space kitchen had everything you can think the house had everything you can think of even chairs for beach and umbrella the only minor thing is the sliding doors were a little hard to close the upstairs A/C could have been cooler at times compared to the downstairs one. We all loved the house I would go back in a heartbeat. Amenities pools were great shuttle is great only thing it should leave you closer to the beach.

We were impressed with the property, more amenities than we thought and it was sparkling clean. The ride to beach with our Bear Trap passes was so convenient. We did have an AC problem upstairs, twice. Someone came right out to fix it, lines were leaking and it had happened before we got there as well. Hopefully owner has had it fixed.

Great family getaway

We have stayed in Bear Trap Dunes for a number of years now. This was our first year at this property (our previous rental was sold by the owner recently). We had a great time, as expected. The house is much more roomy than we anticipated from looking at the video, and we were very comfortable. The location is great. and there is a lovely large screen porch that looks over the golf course Our only wish is that it had a slightly larger dining room table (there is plenty of room for it) so that we could accommodate more of our party of 11 people. However, we would certainly stay there again in the future.

Family time

Needed to get away with children and grandchildren during Covid. Home was beautiful, extremely clean and equipped with everything you could possible need. Really felt like home. Close to pool, beautiful view and perfect for our toddler and teen grandchildren. Will definitely be back again with rest of our family. Thanks for a stress free getaway.

Great Vacation!!!

This house was perfect for our large, multi-generational family vacation! This house is huge!!!! I know it doesn't look it in the pictures but we were pleasantly surprised how big it was! The open concept family room/kitchen area was perfect for us all to gather in without feeling cramped. And there was plenty of space for everyone to have there own down time. The screened in back porch was a great bonus!!!!! This house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen completely stocked with everything imaginable-even cookbooks!!! The wonderful neighborhood pool, tennis courts and clubhouse are just a short walk down the street. And the beaches and boardwalk are just a super short car ride away. Fenwick State Beach was about 10 minutes by car and turned out to be our favorite thanks to the public bathhouse and smaller crowd. We would absolutely recommend this home to everyone!!!!
