Welcome to the Leaf House by Togati Mgnt LLC formerly Adventure Awaits, your perfect retreat in the heart of Delray Beach, nestled between Boca Raton and West Palm Beach. Experience the best of this vibrant coastal town, known for its breathtaking beaches, delectable dining options, and thrilling nightlife, as well as being a hot spot for tennis enthusiasts.

This property is the perfect spot for your next getaway, offering all the comforts of home and more. Whether you're looking to enjoy a fun pool house, relax on the beach, explore the local shops and restaurants, or simply unwind in a quiet and peaceful setting, this rental has something for everyone.
Step inside and you'll find a bright and airy living room that boasts plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and the dining area, with a fully stocked coffee bar, is ideal for enjoying them. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, with plush bedding, a full length mirror in the master, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. And then, enjoy a refreshing beverage while you fill up a bucket of ice from the freezer for beverages and head to the beach. We have a reverse osmosis filter under the sink so you do not have to buy water! We also have a children’s protective netting around the pool if you have small children.
The Leaf House can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, also available a foldable crib, perfect for families or groups of friends. Two bedrooms are equipped with their own bathroom, providing the convenience of privacy and personal space. The 3rd bedroom has a bathroom located rignt next to it.
Outside you'll find a secluded backyard with a BBQ grill, outdoor seating with a fire pit, and a private pool, perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. You'll also find a variety of outdoor and indoor games including Table Tennis, Cornhole, a giant Connect Four among other classic games to keep everyone entertained during your stay.
Within a 5 minute drive, you'll find the Atlantic Dune beach park which offers white sandy beaches with a lifeguard on duty and a variety of activities such as swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing. You'll also have easy access with a 5 minute drive to popular stores like Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe's, restaurants, kava bars, and entertainment options.

Architecture and travel has always been a part of my life from the time I was 10 and I started traveling with my family both in the US, Europe and the Carribean. I fell in love with interior design but chose a life in the musical arts until 2010 when I first started managing properties in south Florida and became a realtor. I’m originally from Brooklyn NY and come from a family of real estate investors. We began in owning and transforming properties in NYC and I extended the business to Florida in 2008. I love being a host because I truly care about curating great experiences, making sure things are always running in tip top condition and that maintenance checks are constantly happening. I have a great love for detail and enjoy working with the public both on and off stage.

Delray Beach is one of my favorite neighborhoods in all of south Florida. Atlantic ave never bores, and you will always find people shopping, eating an ice cream cone and headed to the beach! I absolutely love the beauty of Delray Beach and its nightlife.

The Leaf House couldn’t be better located. It’s 5 minutes from 95, 5 minutes to the beach, located on a cul de sac with a very large square footage. There is a nature park right on the corner making it especially peaceful and an incredible place to wake up and go for a jog or a bike ride, and there is a children’s play area for your children if you’re bringing them along. The property is just beautiful with beautiful landscaping out front, a circular paved driveway and a beautiful mango tree out back. The location is just unbeatable, both relaxed and yet close to all the shopping a few minutes away.
