The lower level features two more bedrooms, another full bath, a lounge area, foosball, and air hockey table . Outside, enjoy a private dock, kayaks, rowboat, paddle boat, and beautiful lake views. Relax on the deck, gather around the cozy fire pit or enjoy the hot tub overlooking the lake. This is a perfect spot to unwind and make memories—book your stay today!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Text me once you leave -hang life vests back up
-please put kayaks back in the shed and lock the paddle boat back up to the dock -if used please put away the kids toys back where you got them from
-make sure hot tub cover is on securely
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The stay was great the house was just an awesome layout in a beautiful location. Host really did such a great job you could just notice the provided small things the Hospitality was incredible. Would highly recommend!

Amazing accommodations for our trip (4 adults, three older kids) to the ark/creation museum! I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed the lake, and the view- it is so peaceful and pretty. We kayaked, fished, rode the paddle boat, made smores at the fire pit- the kids especially enjoyed the lower level family area with air hockey, foosball, video game machine, and board games. The beds and linens were all super comfy, and the house was very clean- which we appreciate. It seemed like it offered everything we needed for a great 4 night stay.
