This large, one bedroom, one bathroom condo is newly furnished with 2 large TV’s and decorated to welcome your family of 4 to 5 with a king size master bed, queen pull out couch and single sleeper. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and watching the sunset on the balcony by the pool. The condo has a large washer and dryer and plenty of place for all of your gear. The condo is just one block to the ocean and steps to the bay. Bring your dog to anchor here with your loved ones and experience the restoration only Dewey Beach can provide.

This was the perfect place for a couples weekend! The location is close to so many restaurants and bars! The fire place was an added bonus since the weather was chilly! I will absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway!

The check-in process was incredibly easy and Diane, the property manager, was readily available and very responsive. The condo is exactly as pictured - beautifully decorated and spotless.The location is perfect. The property is on the bay but only a one block walk to the ocean. Great restaurants and entertainment are all close. Park your car and walk!Thank you to the owners and to Diane and Lexie.
