Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets. No smoking ($2000 fee). Park in designated area only ($100 fee/day for parking on grass). Quiet hours 10PM-7AM. No parties without approval.
Flush toilet paper ONLY. No wipes/feminine products ($1000 fee). Don't place items on glass cooktop ($2000 replacement fee).
Load dishwasher with all used dishes. Remove all trash to outdoor bins. Don't relocate remote controls. Maximum occupancy per reservation only.

Highly recommend for a Grand Lake stay

The property was ideal for the five of us. Layout was good, everything was very clean and we loved the extra large deck.
