Amazing location.

I grew up in eastern South Dakota (Brookings) and often vacationed in the Black Hills. Many of my friends have since settled here.

Why they chose this property

This is my retirement home. I come here several times a year to upgrade the property and just to share the relaxed atmosphere with family, friends and neighbors.

What makes this property unique

I always enjoy the quiet tranquility of this hillside setting, watching the wild turkeys on the deck and the deer who come down the mountain to get crabapples. And yet it is only one block from Main Street with access to all the attractions of downtown Deadwood. Very handy to be walking distance to town and avoid the hassles of finding a parking space! Close to skiing and snowmobiling. Makes a great setting for your next family gathering, business retreat or wedding reception!
