Late check-out billed $50 for the 1st hour, $100 for the 2nd. After 2 hours, you'll be charged an extra night and incoming guest accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay in Lincoln. Communication with Greg was great and the place was clean/comfortable. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because we could hear the group upstairs walking around, which was loud at times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Communication was incredible, the location and amenities were fantastic. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub! A huge perk is higher free shuttle to and from the mountain. This place was beautiful. We have always loved the New England area and have been attracted to the mountains, lakes and beaches in particular. Lincoln has so much to offer and we enjoy visiting whenever we can!

What makes this property unique

Twin Tip Retreat is a brand new build. The location is just off I-93 making it super convenient to get to, and is central to all the main attractions like Loon, Clarks, and the downtown area. The clubhouse has amazing amenities for our guests, and our condo is thoughtfully designed to welcome our guests into a comfortable space to call home during their stay!
