Un encantador de tres dormitorios, dos baños condominio; de nueva construcción con todos los muebles nuevos y electrodomésticos. Este condominio está ubicado cerca del centro de Lincoln y cerca del nuevo sistema de senderos del Sur pico de Loon Mountain Ski Area.

Entrar en esta casa de vacaciones en el concepto de cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar. Relajarse y disfrutar de la gran chimenea de televisor de pantalla plana y el gas que se inicia con sólo el toque de un interruptor. Fuera de la sala de estar es el dormitorio principal con la cama de matrimonio, un televisor y un gran baño principal incluyendo él y para ella se hunde, independiente ducha y bañera separada. Un corto pasillo se encuentran los otros dos dormitorios (uno con una cama de matrimonio y el segundo con dos juegos de literas) y un baño compartido completo.

Este condominio, South Peak Resort 1A, ofrece membresía al Club de Montaña de Loon Swim y gimnasio con piscina cubierta, piscina al aire libre, jacuzzi al aire libre, sauna y sala de ejercicios.

Piscina y gimnasio pueden no estar disponibles por períodos cortos debido a mantenimiento mecánico o físico. La admisión puede ser negado por la falta de adherencia a las reglas del club.

Acceso a la bañera de hidromasaje al aire libre de la comunidad de South Peak y Fire Pit. Tenga en cuenta que no se permite asar a la parrilla en los patios o los patios de South Peak Resort. This was in a great location near everything Lincoln has to offer. It was depicted exactly as the pictures and description entailed. The property was close to the walking trail, river, and offered plenty of eating options within a 5 minute drive. The property could use updating with couches (well worn), bedding (comforters were thin), pillows (so thin we had to fold in 1/2 to use and the extra pillows were just as thin), and several dents/plaster hanging in the bathroom due to humidity. Despite the neccesary updates we would still stay at the property again due to the affordibility.

We figured out a bit later that there was actually a nice place that we could walk to where we could get in the river. The place was spacious and there were plenty of things to do around the area in the summer.Some of the furniture (the couch mostly) was showing a bit of wear, but everything was clean.

The living room could use more lighting, a stand-up lamp and light under ceiling fan. Disposal didn't work and had an odor. The sinks in master bath were slow to drain and several lights throughout the property were burned out. Overall, a very nice place.

Spring Break Getaway

My group and I have a fantastic stay at this luxurious and cozy South Peak unit. From the large kitchen, to the roaring fireplace and large bright windows, this unit was the absolute perfect place to come home to after a day on Loon Mountain. The location truly cannot be beat, and the views looking out to the forest and the sound of the Pemigewasset River absolutely soothe your soul. The unit was well stocked, in great condition, and extremely clean. Will definitely be coming back here soon!

Great location- great accommodations!

This condo is located conveniently in Lincoln! You can walk to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Beautiful mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and riverside…. Perfect for white mountain getaway. Unit is large and well equipped. Highly recommend!

2nd time stay

We enjoyed staying in this condo because it’s location and fits eight people comfortably. I’m sure we will stay here again next year. The condo is very clean and cozy.

Excellent location for exploring Franconia Notch area

We are a family with young children and had a great experience during our stay. The condo was a very private, end unit that overlooks the pemi river. A short 5 minute walk down to the river was a fun activity for my boys each night. The boys enjoyed the bunk beds. The bed linens were a bit worn but everything was clean. Our only complaint was the outdated TV. The remote came with 3 pages of frustrating instructions. A smart TV would make a world of difference in this rental. Most families now pay for streaming services and it would have been a welcomed bonus to us if we could have had the ability to cast our services to the TV. I wish I had looked into that before we booked. Overall we were very happy. The condo is very bare-bones, so don't forget even the simple things like cleaners to wipe down the kitchen counter and laundry detergent, because nothing is provided.
