Welcome to "Sunkissed Days" ES2330, your perfect getaway! This charming Port A cottage offers exactly what you need for a beach or fishing vacation. Located right on 11th Street near Beach Access Rd 1A, golf cart rentals, a pizza shop, and The Texan. Room to park your boat! Enjoy the spacious screened porch with an outdoor television. Play card games or dine al fresco! STR# 200014913

- A 2 night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING:
Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.

Perfect for dogs

We were looking for a place that was safe to take our dogs with us without having to worry about where to take them for their business. House was clean and well organized and within easy commute to all of Port A and Mustang Island State Park.

Okay for a last minute, affordable place by the beach

It was adequate but the floors where very dirty. My son's feet were black after walking around right when we got there. The air conditioning was dripping so we couldn't put anything under it. Other than that, it had a well stocked kitchen and working appliances.

Bad experience

We travel often with our dogs and this place has the worst smell you can ever imagine. Bugs and a rodent problem. Pest plug ins in the bathrooms and kitchen area so the problem is known. We had to go buy scented spray because the order was so bad. We woke up in the middle of the night with bugs in bed and roaches roaming the floor at night in the kitchen area. For the price we paid saying it was professional cleaned this was not accurate. Would never stay here again.

Check in was smooth but upon arriving we noticed the floors were filthy. My crawling baby had black knees after crawling around for 10 minutes. I messaged the host who offered for housekeeping to return but we had dogs so we declined. I requested more swiffers pads so I could mop myself but they dropped off the dry kind. The screened in patio is nice but the TV required a pin. The host didn’t know what it was and sent a maintenance technician over (who was friendly) but he also didn’t know the pin. I messaged the host the next day about it and didn’t get a response. This was a huge bummer because our baby was napping/sleeping in the bedroom (the only other space with a TV). The yard is not completely fenced in and the grass was covered with stickers that got in our dog’s paws. My husband found a weed pen on the table outside and there were cigarette butts all over. As far as the place goes, it’s pretty small which didn’t bother us there is only a window unit in the bedroom for A/C. So the rest of the place gets really warm during the day. They definitely need to put in a mini split or another window unit in the main area. The microwave also broke on us one night so we weren’t able to heat up all of our food for dinner.Overall, we will not be returning or recommending this place. The host was responsive to my concerns but there was very little follow through or if there was something done it was not helpful (dry swiffer pads and maintenance tech not fixing the TV).
