The Space:
The Park House is a spacious, beautifully renovated 100-year-old home designed for comfort and style. It features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The main floor includes a master suite with a king bed and private ensuite, a cozy living room, a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen, a half-bath, and a laundry room. There’s also a game room with a pool table, perfect for fun nights in. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with twin bunk beds, and two full bathrooms. Outside, unwind on the large front porch, grill out in the outdoor dining space, or gather around the fire pit. Just one block from Ritter Park and close to downtown Huntington, this home offers the perfect blend of timeless charm and modern comfort.

Guest Access:
You’ll have complete access to the entire home, from the comfortable living spaces to the bedrooms and game room. Enjoy the outdoor areas, including the front porch, dining space, and fire pit. Please note that the basement and certain closets are off-limits for storage purposes. Parking is available in the spaces out back, or on the street in front of the home (street parking is free, but it is first-come, first-serve).

Other Things to Note:
There is a security camera at the front door for safety purposes, but it does not monitor any interior spaces.

Our home is fully stocked with all the essentials, including linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchenware. We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
