The Neighborhood:

Station One, once a thriving rail platform, today is the iconic oceanfront resort whose name is not only a nod to history, but synonymous with luxury island living. Conveniently centered in the heart of the island, Station One has become a guest favorite and iconic Wrightsville Beach landmark.



*Station One permits 'renovations' on units from 10/1-4/30 so there is a potential for noise in the off-season



Other Things to Note:

1. Community pool open from May 1 to September 30

2. Limited to 2 car parking; no campers or trailers permitted

3. NO PETS policy per HOA guidelines

4. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit

5. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB

6. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

7. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

The apartment was extremely clean. Check in and out were easy.Host was available and contacted us promptly when we reached out to them.Our stay was in Dec on a weekend which was frigid outside with temps in the 20's. It was very warm and comfortable.Ver safe and quiet building.Fabulous view with easy close access to beach.

Our stay was great from beginning to end. Check-in went smoothly. As I had questions, I got to an immediate response. It was a nice space with a great view. The only problem was the front door lock was stiff. The door had a great seal, but you had to wiggle the door a little to get it locked or unlocked. Otherwise, the security for the whole complex was good and easy to use.

Feels like paradise! Top floor with the best view of the ocean. This unit is completely updated with top notch cookware. It was perfect for our two young kids. All beds were very comfortable. The pool is perfect for hanging out in between walks to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Great place! Clean!

Great place to stay with family, close proximity to all restaurants, shops, local grocery, etc!Amenities were well taken care of. Would be nice to have more than one key as ALL exterior doors to property require key for entry and re-entry. Also could use additional bathing towels.
