My wife and I live in Indiana and "snowbird" in the same 55+ community as the rental house. We are both retired college professors who still periodically teach online.
Why they chose this property
This community is extremely friendly and, almost as important, it's always sunny in Florida! The amenties are such that you will never get bored. The club house also has a library, along with the pool tables, the pool, and the hot tub.
What makes this property unique
The number of amenties and the friendliness of the people cannot be beat. The house is just across the street from the laundry, the pavillion, the pickleball courts, volleyball court, and a small basketball court. The club house, pool, etc. are a very short walk from the house.
