Quasi 1.000 sf di spazio abitativo decorato in stile contemporaneo con parcheggio dedicato in un garage con accesso limitato e piscine interne ed esterne nell'area comune e palestra. Facile raggiungere a piedi diversi ristoranti; e il centro di Louisville, KY direttamente dall'altra parte del fiume. il condominio è disponibile per il noleggio quasi il venerdì, il sabato, la domenica sera con il lunedì o il giovedì aggiuntivi a una tariffa negoziata (e su richiesta). Dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici da cucina, lavatrice e asciugatrice, vasca / doccia, tre armadi, internet wireless, impianto stereo, DVD e TV via cavo. La vista sul centro di Louisville e sul fiume Ohio è spettacolare da questo condominio al 4 ° piano. The location was excellent. Safe, walk to several good restaurants, pretty veiw from balcony (very noisy though cause right by the big bridge across to Louisville—no biggie for us ) the Condo was nice. Comfortable bed, lots of seating for guests. Some points that may be negatives depending on your pickiness. The condo is lived in by its owner except weekend. Feels like you’re just borrowing a friends place for the weekend. Clean but not what you may expect for a pricy rental. … strong deodorizer smell which might bother someone with sensitivities. It is a studio. Murphy bed.

We came for Louder Than Life. The property was nice and people we saw were friendly. It's a gated property and a nice neighborhood with restaurants and the river across the street.

Great balcony view of downtown Louisville and the river. Convenient drive into Louisville. Friendly and helpfully property owner. Be sure to checkout downtown Jeffersonville, IN.

Great stay....

We stayed the weekend for a KY Derby event and enjoyed it thoroughly. The view of Louisville over the river is spectacular and the condo is fabulous. Our host couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended..!

This was an extended holiday weekend for us. The location is beautiful. The kitchen is stocked with what you need to prepare simple meals. Bruce was always quick to respond to any questions we had.

2nd Time Staying at this Location

As they say, location is everything and this condo is it. We love that we are right on the river front looking at the Louisville skyline. There are many restaurants/bars that are within walking distance. Louisville is just across via the 2nd St bridge. It is a very safe and secure building with access only to those with a key/fob and the parking is in the garage that is also secured via a key/fob to gain entry. Bruce, the condo owner is very available and easy to work with.We will stay again!!

Great Getaway Amazing View

Bruce was very accommodating checking us in and super informative. The view is absolutely amazing. There is so much to do in walking/biking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Kinda lived in

Wasn’t too bad, but wasn’t great. The smoke smell on arrrival was intense and unpleasant the moment we arrived. Very dusty. The apartment was lived in, which was good (when it came to available food and bev) and not so good (cluttered, expired food.) Good location and it was very kind of the host to allow flexibility on both ends of the stay. That can compensate for a lot of negatives. Gotta do something about the smoke tho.

Beautiful view!

We enjoyed are stay! It has a beautiful view with a nice size balcony and was very close to Louisville. It was the perfect size for my husband and myself for a long weekend. It had everything we needed! Thanks!

Perfect getaway

Perfectly suited our needs for the long weekend! Bruce was great at accommodating our time frame and shared many recommendations. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Bed was comfy. The balcony was perfect for river and people watching!! Easy walk to downtown and the bridges across the river!!

Spectacular Views of Downtown Louisville and Ohio River from this riverside condo; but short drives to popular Louisville destinations and walking distance to Jeffersonville hot spots. With a 4th floor balcony, this property provides a front seat for Thunder Over Louisville, and this condo located directly across the river from Forecastle Music Festival In July, Bourbon & Beyond Festival in early September and Louder than Life Festival in late September.
