The Garage was turned into a studio that is also an airbnb but completely separate entrances. Entire main house is yours. Please make yourself at home! :)

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We`re only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

■ Check in time is AFTER 4pm and checkout is BY 11am. We are pretty flexible if you ASK US IN ADVANCE.

■ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

■ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

■ As a reminder, no smoking is allowed at our property. If we discover that a guest has smoked in our home, they will incur a $250 charge to cover the costs of cleaning the property.

Regarding alteration requests: If you make an alteration request to shorten your staying DURING your stay, you will be responsible to pay for 50% of the original remaining days
