Decent but not a luxury stay

The unit was overall clean and there were some nice features like water and snacks, the building itself is a bit run down and the neighborhood felt iffy for a woman traveling alone. The unit was very hot when I arrived so I turn the temp down. When I returned after my meetings, it was 89 degrees. I had dinner meetings and couldn’t risk coming back to a blistering apartment, so I made other arrangements and left. The walls are thin and I could hear conversation and TV from neighboring unit. There were no pillows with pillow cases on the bed—just decorative pillows and pillows with shams. Also, the internet did not work. William, however, was quite responsive and helpful. He might have been able to address the issues had I had time to communicate with him, but I didn’t on such a short business trip. The unit is fairly priced and clean, just not luxury by my definition.
