Guest Access:

Please note that the guest access into the home is via a code given for a touch pad on the dead bolt of the door.

The fourth bedroom is a unique loft-style retreat, featuring its own private entrance for added privacy and convenience. The fourth bedroom has a separate entrance from the main entrance with stairs leading up to the door, there is a separate key with a code for access at the door to the fourth bedroom outside. (Note: The only Bathrooms are in the main house- no bathroom in outside detached bedroom) Whether you're traveling with friends or extended family, this separate space offers a peaceful sanctuary while still being part of the home's warm, welcoming vibe.



Inside, you'll find Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. For a little extra fun, we've provided an assortment of board games—ideal for all ages. Plus, we’ve got water toys and floaties for the ultimate water-filled adventures!



Step outside to enjoy the large, screened-in porch, where you can enjoy fresh air without the bugs. The expansive deck is an entertainer’s dream, featuring comfortable relaxing chairs and loungers for those long, leisurely afternoons in the sun. Please note that the boat ramp on site is not available for use. We highly recommend "Big Mans Marina" around the corer from the neighborhood. Take advantage of the outdoor dining area, complete with a grill for your BBQ sessions, and unwind with outdoor TV entertainment to complete your perfect evening under the stars.

Please leave beds unmade, our team will take care for sheet changing. Clean and put away kitchen dishes, pots, pans, and BBQ grills. Turn off appliances/lights and start the dishwasher before leaving.
Please do not use white bath towels outside. Separate used beach/lake and bath towels at checkout. Leave towels in bathrooms and sheets on beds for inventory and laundering.
Please lock all doors and windows before leaving. To conserve energy, turn off lights/fans and set A/C to 76°F or heat to 65°F, depending on the season.

This is definitely a hidden gem. If you want to relax and just chill out, this is the place. Secluded on the river, but close to everything. We will definitely be back.

A fun time spent with my son and his family. We enjoyed kayaking with the provided kayaks and my son was able to fish from the dock. The outdoor screen enclosed patio was so nice to enjoy listening to all the different varieties of birds early in the morning. We enjoyed a nice BBQ dinner under the sheltered backyard patio with a ceiling fan. The house was very clean and stocked with many games. This is a great place to travel with kids.

Cute place nice out door space

This is a cute place on the lake with a really nice outdoor space for relaxing and enjoying. The interior is cute and fresh and clean.

Great Place to Stay

We were fishing a bass tournament in the area and needed a place where we could all stay. The house was very nice and very clean. Check-in and check-out was so easy! We had everything we needed for this guys weekend on the lake. Thank you for hosting us!

The house and outdoor spaces were awesome. It was clean and fresh. The kitchen had everything we needed. My favorite thing to do was sit on the screened-in porch and drink my morning or afternoon coffee and watch the water and wildlife. I did have a few issues with PMI the managing company. VRBO and PMI sent me emails after the booking stating that payment would be in two payments and gave me the dates. However, they charged me in one payment on a random date. Not good. Also, they had our check out date wrong on the door lock, so our code did not work on the last day and we had to call to get this corrected. They did get us in the house. The property was wonderful.

VRBO informed us to turn off our 2 payment option to help us collect missing funds.
