Experience the best of coast living at our beautifully remodeled home near Bandon. Our family has blended modern comforts with the charm of handcrafted details. Perfect for golfers, bikers, beachgoers, and families. Our home is just minutes from multiple Bandon Dunes Golf Courses, Whiskey Run Mountain Bike Trails, the pristine sands of Seven Devils State Park Beach and several other beaches, and downtown Bandon. Relax on the deck and savor breathtaking sunsets and unforgettable stargazing. Book your stay now for an adventure-filled getaway that promises both excitement and relaxation.

The house is a 4 bedroom 2 bath home. It also has a queen murphy bed in the living room.

The Kitchen was custom build by local craftsmen featuring Granite counter tops, Hickory cabinets, reeded glass doors, custom stove exhaust hood, and more. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking family meals including Ninja cookware, serving wear for up to 15 people, toaster, air fryer, microwave, crock pot, premier seasonings, etc. There is also seating for 8 in the dinning room and seating for two at the peninsula.

One bathroom was fully remodeled in 2025 with a new walk in shower, sink & vanity, flooring, and fixtures. The second was remodeled approximately 10 years ago.

There is a spacious back yard and ocean facing yard which gives a great sense of space. The nearest neighbor is over 400 feet away and the house is set
a generous distance from the road.

The driveway is a level circle driveway, so there is minimal backing and no slopes to contend with.

There are two smart TV's in the house. The Living room is 65" and the middle bedroom is 55". The TV's are programed with Disney+, Discovery, ESPN, Netflix, & Hulu. If you have your own subscriptions that you want to sign into, you are welcome to do so!

Three of the Bedrooms comfortably fit King beds, and related bedroom furniture. They are also heated and cooled by individual ductless heat pumps, so you can adjust each room to be comfortable any time of the year no matter what climate you come from. The 4th Bedroom is a Pass through bedroom with a Full Bed and a Full Trundle with a second optional bed. This room is good for single adults or kids.

There is a dedicated workspace in the living room. Forget about a sofa bed and sleep on a 14" hybrid queen mattress contained in a stylish murphy bed.

Our stay was not long enough! The house was beautiful. The owners have made this house such a cozy place to relax. You can hear the sound of the ocean while washing dishes or sitting in the living room. The house was also so very clean & we appreciate that ! The hot tub was even better! We had a great stay at this home. Little touches made us feel very welcome. Not too far from Bandon beaches and downtown. Great beach access. We had lots of cold wind during our stay which was great for kite flying but a little chilly for other beach activities. Rooms were all roomy and kitchen was well stocked. We had fun playing games and watching the amazing sunsets.

Our family had an amazing time here. Can’t say enough good things about the property and hosts. Paul & Laura were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen for meals we made, nice hot tub, amazing views, clean and comfortable. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The only thing we didn’t realize from the listing, is the room with the smaller bed is open into the kitchen. We loved watching the deer roam around the yard, the sunsets and enjoyed the firework show in downtown Bandon. Will definitely be back!

Nothing short of Awesome!

When I booked this house I had very specific needs. It was to the point where I didn't even look at rating or reviews, I just needed enough room and outside space. We got to stay with 9 people from grandkids to grandparents and some fur babies as well for 5 days 4 nights. This property was fulfilling of all of our needs and then some. Much bigger than the pictures make it feel, we had more than enough room inside but spent most of our weekend in the big yards, yes multiple yards and a great view of the sunsets. The house is very well stocked with very nice pots and pans with plenty of seasonings and lots of service settings. The house has 3 kings beds, a queen Murphy bed, a double with a stowaway single(I believe) under. Had zero complaints of comfort for the beds, and I laid on all of them and they were comfy. The Fox Paulson Ranch will be on my favorites list for future stays and is easily top 3 of the MANY houses my family have stayed at the last 15 years in Bandon. Thank you so much to Paul and Laura for your accomodations and putting such a beautiful piece of property out for your guests to enjoy.

We purchased this property because it is a beautiful and peaceful location. I grew up nearby, and while we do not currently live in the area, it is a goal of mine to move back within the next few years.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I have managed rental property for over 20 years. This is our third year with a vacation rental, our second vacation rental, and our first year of self-managing. We believe we can focus on details that make your stay amazing that a larger property management company cannot do. We believe that for the size of house and the price, we are providing a higher overall quality of experience and accommodation. But don't take our word for it, read the reviews of people who have stayed!

What makes this property unique

This is one of the original Bandon homesteads, which used to be a dairy. The house house has just had a complete renovation.
