This place has it all! Beautiful home, AMAZING location, and a wonderful host. When you rent this home you will be steps away from the ocean, sitting on the deck you will feel the ocean breezes, and hear the waves breaking. The home is spacious and relaxing, and you get amazing cross ventilation, feeling the gentle breezes throughout the home. The beds and all the furniture are extremely comfortable. Your host, Nick, is THE BEST! He most definitely wants you to enjoy this beach house experience. He was always responsive whenever I messaged him. A for Nick Geimer!! I would highly recommend this home!

We enjoyed our stay in Philadelphia. The home was clean, the beds comfortable, and the neighborhood quiet. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We were traveling with two of our adult children, so there was a bedroom for everyone. The stairs were a bit of a challenge at first, but we loved the history of trinity homes.I misunderstood how parking worked and did not reserve a space. Jessica quickly gave me the name of the parking app, since my husband was circling the block. We were able to find a space 5 min from the house. We were told we could not move the car, but that was fine. We chose the house because it was in walk distance to everything we wanted to see. We also used the Lyft app as needed. We enjoyed lunch at 3Js Cafe and happy hour at Independence Beer Garden.
