Most guests don't realize: many MGM Signature listings charge a mandatory $35–$50/night resort fee on top of the listed rate. On a 7-night stay, that's an extra $245–$350 you never planned for. This suite charges zero resort fees — and you still get full resort access.

This is a 900 sq ft one-bedroom condo-suite on the 7th floor of MGM Signature Tower 2. Not a studio. Not a hotel room. A real residence with:

We had a wonderful stay! The suite was clean and comfortable, exactly as described. The Jacuzzi tub was lovely. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. Proximity to the casino was great!Manish was a very thoughtful host and provided great communication throughout our stay. Thank you for being such a thoughtful host — we would absolutely stay again!

My husband and I spent 6 nights here to celebrate my husband’s birthday, our sons had a studio in the same tower. This suite was exceptional being spacious, clean, well equipped and with a balcony overlooking the pool and some of the strip lights, lovely for an early evening drink. The location was excellent, short walk (inside) to get to MGM grand, easy to get to the strip and to uber from reception. Communication from the property manager was proactive. We have stayed at MGM Grand previously but preferred the space and quietness of this suite, as well as the pool, it made for a wonderful holiday. Karen (New Zealand)

We had a wonderful stay at the Signature! The suite was spacious, spotless, and felt more like a condo than a hotel room. Having two full bathrooms was so convenient, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable.The kitchen was a big bonus—we used it for quick breakfasts and snacks, which made our trip much easier (and saved us money!). The balcony views of the Strip at night were gorgeous, and despite being so close to the action, the unit was quiet and peaceful.Location couldn’t be better—just a short walk indoors to the MGM Grand and close to everything on the Strip. Valet parking was a nice touch, and check-in was smooth.Our host was excellent, very responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable Vegas stay without resort fees.

The 7th floor location in Tower 2 is intentional — close enough to the pools and walkways to feel connected to the resort, private enough to feel like your own space, and positioned to offer both Strip and pool views from the balcony without the noise of the top floors.
