We enjoyed the condo, it was very pleasant, so close to the beach, very clean and owners were very personable and easy going! Recommend to anyone, we absolutely loved it!

Clean place, minute to beach!

The property was clean and bright. We loved that, despite not being beach front, we could be on the beach in less than a minute. The place was quiet for the most part, just some heavy footfalls from the floor above, but we love staying on the ground floor. The beach was not overly crowded where our beach access was even though it was a holiday weekend. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

The size and location of this condo are great, as other guests have observed. But here’s what’s really nice—the little touches that are so cool and so much nicer than they have to be. A touchless kitchen faucet with pull-out sprayer? The magnetic shower wand? I don’t have those at home! And two REALLY handy (and rare) things are the fast automatic ice maker and plenty of power strips so that you can plug in all that you need and place things where they’re most convenient. The hosts are very helpful and communicative—they responded almost immediately when I had a question.

We are from Illinois and have loved this area for many years. We have retired and want to spend more time on the famous emerald coast. We bought this beach retreat to share with our family and others. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as we have.

Why they chose this property

The location is ideal, only minutes from the beach and a convenience store right next door. You can hear the mesmerizing surf from your patio. 107 is one of larger units at Tropical Isle.

What makes this property unique

New LVP flooring, stainless appliances, Quartz countertops are only a few years old and has a new HVAC system. Has 2 rollaway beds, one under cover in the closet and one in white cabinet in living area.
