The manager was very good and provided solutions immediately. the first problem was with check in. We received a confirmation of our reservation and thought we were done. However, the reservation was canceled at the very last minute by vrbo because we had not gone through an additional step to confirm everything. perhaps you should warn your customers that a "confirmation" is not the last step and that the name would change from verb to something else. Thank goodness the manager solved the problem immediately. We were grateful because we had already arrived at the property whhroom be worse than the primary bath. Again th manager en the notice of cancelation was discovered. The manager was also very good and responsive to our request that the kitchen floor and the air vents be cleaned. The air vents displayed mold problems with the second bath being much worse than the primary bath. The manager solved both problems immediately.
