It features 6 bedrooms and 3 full AND ONE 1/2 bath that sleeps 16. All bedrooms have central AC and each have their own flat screen TV. A bedroom with queen bed is located on the first floor with its own full bath with shower. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor, 2 with queen size beds and the other two with King size beds. The third floor is a large loft type bedroom with one queen size bed, 2 twin beds and a set of twin bunk beds. Sheets and towels are NOT included. The second floor has two full size baths with shower, sink and toilet. A full size kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, ice maker, stove, dishwasher, micro and a full array of pots and pans. Central AC is throughout the house. The first floor family and living each have their own large flat screen TV With Apple TV & free unlimited NETFLIX rentals. Free wireless internet also is provided. The large wrap around porch has a dining table, and sofas and chairs to relax on. Also a extra refrigerator out on porch for those cold beverages!
