Welcome to your Grand Canyon retreat! This cozy 3 bed 2 bath home is perfect for couples, families, or anyone who likes a show-stopping view from the rear deck as you soak in the hot tub! You might never want to leave; and honestly we don’t blame you!

Challenge your friends and family to some friendly competition in the game room, where you'll find air hockey and multiple arcade cabinets (yes, including PACMAN so you parents can unleash your 1980's skills on your kids) Bragging rights included.

The home sits at the top of a hillside providing a stunning unobstructed view of the whole North Williams Valley.

• 9 minutes north of Williams
• 9 minutes from Bearizona
• 60 minutes from the Grand Canyon
• 40 minutes from Flagstaff

The space sleeps 8 people and has 2 king beds, 2 twins and 1 full bed converted as a Futon. All towels and linens are washed in hypoallergenic detergent free of dyes and harsh fragrances.

• 2 comfy recliners (be careful, once you recline, you'll probably fall asleep)

• Stainless steel full refrigerator, gas range, microwave and dishwasher.
• Non-stick and non-toxic pots and pans free of PFOA, PFOS and other toxins .
• Heat resistant food grade silicone cooking utensils (not some cheap plastic that melts in your food)
• Various spices... yes, more than just salt and pepper!

Master Bedroom
• Kingbed with high quality 680 thread count sheets.
• Smart TV, in case your kids take over the livingroom TV (speaking from experience).

2nd Bedroom
• Bunkbed with a king bed on the bottom, twin on top and a twin pull-out trundle.
• Smart TV, in case your kids took over the livingroom TV, AND infiltrated the master bedroom (in that case, good luck to you)!

3rd Bedroom (Arcade Room)
• Full bed futon
• Extra bedding located in the closet

Freshly laundered towels are located in the bathrooms, along with individually packaged shampoo, conditioner and soap so you aren't using the same refilled container as the guests before you!

Parking:
Upon arrival, you will see two driveways, please park on the top driveway. There are stairs to walk down toward the front door. Not easily accessible for those in a wheelchair.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place the used towels on the bathroom floor before checking out. We ask that you throw away all loose trash and take the trash to the trash can outside so the trash smell doesn't linger in the house.
Please turn off all lights and lower the furnace to 60 degrees. When you leave the house, lock the rear sliding deck door and press the lock button on the front door keypad to lock the front door.
If the keypad was not working and you needed to use the actual key, please place it back in the lockbox before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

From the moment we walked in to see the shining Christmas tree, to the snacks, coffee bar, homey touches we loved our stay. Everything we needed in the kitchen for our Thanksgiving Dinner. The hot tub on the back porch to enjoy the views. This place was amazing and we so enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful views and super clean but also a bit misleading

My friend and I enjoyed our two night stay at this property and appreciated all the nice little touches (like snacks, water and even a Nespresso machine!) The views from the back deck were amazing and why we chose this property instead of a place in town. Communication with Padilla was quick and easy. However, the two things that felt misleading to us were the stairs leading from the driveway down to the front entry of the house, and the amenity that is listed as "Air Conditioning"- which does not specify 2 window AC units (only one bedroom having an AC unit and the second one is in the kitchen.) My friend slept in the bedroom with no AC unit, and while the outside temp does cool down overnight (most of the year) - open windows was not an agreeable option for me personally because the pollen count was so high that my allergies & asthma were already aggravated from being outside exploring during the day (and there were roosters & other outdoor noises that might be bothersome to some!) I just wish the amenity was clearly noted as 2 window units, and the location of both.As for the stairs on the front of the house, the description reads: "There are stairs to walk down toward the front door. Not easily accessible for those in a wheelchair." Which I would clarify that the stairs make wheelchair access NOT accessible. The stairs were tricky for two capable women to carry our suitcases into the house and there was no "rolling" option at all. Pictures should absolutely be included!
Upper driveway was the one available for parking and 2 sets of steep stairways had to be navigated to get luggage into the house! Need to share these photos in the listing because the fine print details about parking rules could be easily overlooked!
