Welcome to our spacious home in Williams, Arizona! It has room for the whole family.

Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home with a short walk to parks, restaurants, and coffee shops. There is plenty of room for the whole family—one bedroom even has bunk beds! Enjoy your stay in the gateway town to the Grand Canyon with so many things to do in the cute community of Williams. The large parking area runs almost the whole length of the lot , allowing you to park a trailer or RV.

The host was very responsive and didn’t require a huge amount of work of us when checking out (as many hosts nowadays do). The house is large, open concept and very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was perfect for our needs. We were having a family trip and it was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The beds were very comfortable. Check-in and Check-out process was very easy and smooth. The communication with the property manger was fantastic.

Previous stays at rental units were considerably nicer than compared to this property. A few comments if you’re going to allow dogs, you really should have the backyard fenced in totally and the backyard should be free of weeds. If you’re going to have a deck, it would be nice to have it clean and the tables and chairs wiped down prior to people coming. The front yard from the driveway to the door should have a proper walkway in order to bring suitcases in the house. It would be nice if there was a sheet available or a book available telling about the different restaurants in the area how to lock the door upon exiting the house for the day if the fireplace is operational just general information. The house itself could use a little freshening up and the kitchen could have a few more amenities. This is just for your information for future as our group would not stay there again. That is why I’ve given it a four rating instead of a five. This is not to be derogatory. It’s just comments on our stay other people may think differently. Thank you.

The check in process was seamless. The property owner was extremely polite and communicative. The house was AMAZING! The kitchen was spacious and great for cooking. The rooms were great size and the tub in the primary room. I will definitely book again of the family size permits.

Overall the property is very roomy and easily accommodates a large group. It is centrally located in the town. Upon our arrival we found the place to be clean and organized. James, the host, is easily contacted and he is quick to respond. My only concern is that the residence is in need of a refreshing and some minor maintenance issues. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice house in a great location. The inside of the house was clean and welcoming. Definitely enough room for a large group. The only issues were the comfortability of the beds, and the large weeds growing in the front yard.

The house was located in the perfect location, close to downtown and far enough away to not hear anything. All the necessities were in the house plus extras it was also big enough for us all to have space and enjoy our time. I would recommend this property and will be reserving it on our next trip

Pleasant Place to Stay for Big Group

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Check-in process is simple. Kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and clean. Dining area is huge and good for big group. Host was prompt and very quick to response to our requests. We are pleased and satisfied with our stay in this home.

Stay in Williams

My husband and I as well as a couple of our children and a few of our grandchildren enjoyed our stay in Williams. The house was clean and very spacious. Was perfect for all of us. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. If we make it out there in the future we would stay here again. The owner was very easy to work with and always answered any questions promptly. Would recommend taking the train from Williams to the Grand Canyon. The grandchildren loved it and have asked to go again. Also enjoyed walking around town shopping. And had some great food! Enjoyed our trip!

GRAND Family Reunion near CANYON

Definitely rates a ten score. The rooms easily accommodated our 3 generational family. We enjoyed the large dining area with a table for 10 or 12. We only needed 8. One family member recently received her drone pilot license so we were able to walk across the street during high school off hours to use the spacious fields for practice. The town of Williams was also a pleasant surprise with many '50s attractions along Route 66. The house itself also reflected the theme of Route 66 with pictures throughout the house. Our main reason for staying in Williams was to be within an hour of the Grand Canyon. The drive was easy but for those who prefer tours, there was also a train that scheduled daily runs to the park. We all were very pleased with our vacation home.

Great experience!

Our first Vrbo experience turned out great! Grandsons NAU graduation and wanted a "family" gathering. This place easily accommodated our group that went from 6 to 11 when we acquired additional tickets. It is large, clean and comfortable for a group this size and we never felt like we were on top of each other. It is a great jumping off spot for all the different places to see in the area. Check in was super easy. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Huge and great location!!

This house is perfect for 2 families!! Kids wing and two king en-suite with private bathrooms. The house is 3 mins from everything- polar express/train, canyon coasters and downtown! The host was very responsive and helpful with my 3 year old got sick in our car and we needed to hose off her car seat. Highly recommend to families!

Xmas Stay

The house was clean and big enough for my family and a big plus on allowing our 2 dogs. It has a great location close to everything and the Host was super easy to communicate with. Just one complaint the 5th bedroom advertised with a double sofa bed is actually the pull out in couch. The whole couch was very uncomfortable to sit on and the pull out useless. I still recommend highly though the couch is a easy fix and like I said my only complaint. actactualthe couch

Polar Bear Express with Family

Spent 3 nights with family, 6 adults and 2 small children. Everyone had a bedroom and each family a bathroom. Plenty of room for us all and location was great. Would recommend to any large families.

Great place to stay

This home was fantastic. I rented it for my husband and I and my 2 adult children their spouses and their children. PLENTY of room for all of us (6 adults 3 children) Kudos.to James the property manager. He was great to work with.
