My cousin and I stayed here for 4 nights, love this spot! Super convenient to many places within walking distances. Great restaurants nearby, including bars and La Placita. The bed was the most comfortable bed, clean and huge. We had clean beach towels and regular towels, many towels available for our stay. They also had 2 folding chairs available. The owner made us aware that we could use the washer and dryer if needed. We only used the coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge to store very little since we ate out daily. Getting in and out of the room was super easy and I felt safe in this neighborhood. I walked the streets late at night and did not have to worry. I will return here if it is not a big group of us. The room will accommodate 2 comfortably. The shower is small but got the job done, they had shampoo, conditioner and body wash available also. Extra toilet tissue and trash bags available as well.

This is my second time staying at this place. The owner, Rodrigo, is very attentive and communication is great.Perfect location to travel to San Juan and airport. Restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. Walmart is not too far if you need to pickup some items.Will definitely be staying here again.

Just chexked put of Eric's property Rhe space is exactly how its listed on vrbo. The ocean view is spectacular and prettier than what you would expect. Wether is waking up or napping to the ocean and wave sounds it made for a relaxed vacation. The room is quaint and very clean perfect if you want to recharge or reconnect with your partner or spouse. Its equipped with the required and adequate ameneties from beach chairs to cooler so that you may enhoy a day on the beach. We opted to rent chaira and umbreall as theey also have thiae available to you on the beach.The area is safe and restuarants are relatively available walking distance.and if not just an uber ride away. Eric is extremely warm and friendly and only a text away if needed. He was very attentive and responsive throughout my trip. Thanks again for the umbrella! I truly reocmmend that you rent his space you will not be disappointed and I look forward to renting and visiting in tje near future

If you are looking for a place that’s clean, beautiful views, a great host this is definitely the place. Rene was incredible and very professional. I highly recommend the paradise apartment if you’re visiting Puerto Rico!

This is by far the nicest place we have stayed in. Absolutely beautiful condo. View is breathtaking. Steps away from beach. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, 24/7 pharmacy/stores. Check in directions are very clear and address easy to find. Very safe neighborhood and Eric is a great host. Also want to give a shout out to maintenance crew Jorge and Jesús Ramos who were very helpful with check in process and always willing to lend a hand. Will definitely be back

If youre looking to stay in San Juan and experience the party life this is the place. You're a 5 minute walk to all the bars you could want and just far enough away that the music wont keep you up all night! You're also a 5 minute ride to old San Juan and the castles. The place is cozy with a well equipped kitchen and two full size beds. Id stay here again!

I am a very simple person, and all I require is a property that is clean with no bugs (I'm terrified of them). My husband and I arrived at the property two hours early. We waited in the pool area until 3. Pool area was very nice and clean, with nice furniture, and a bathroom. Bathroom door in the pool area needs fixing, but definitely doable. We get into our room, and WOW!!! Open the door, and it is beautiful, clean, and no bugs. Our entire stay, I saw no bugs. The location was fabulous!! Across the street from the Marriott Stellaris and half a block down. Plenty of restaurants and stores to pick up water and beer. Not a long walk to the beach. We are bonafide dinosaurs (no I-phone, not good with technology), so we had a bit of a problem with locking the door after we got in, and called the lady who handled everything, and she couldn't have been nicer, and walked us through everything. It was really quite easy once she explained it. Not a good view from the balcony however, so if that is what you are looking for, you may not be pleased, but we were always out anyway, and the studio apartment was so nice, we didn't care. We will definitely be making this our stay in PR whenever we are there, we loved it, and the other people who stayed there were so nice. There is a doorman, and the security was really good. Perfect place for a couple. Can't wait to go back!

I loved the location and our host was amazing. The unit was very clean and cute. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. The view was amazing…. Just book it you wouldn’t be disappointed trust me I’m a frequent traveler
