There was a beautiful ocean view out the window/patio doors on the far side of the apartment. Everything was just as described and all amenities were included. It was walking distance to SO many shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Condado area.Note: Parking in the garage needs to be specifically arranged beforehand to ensure that the process is easy.

Nice condo with a view

This condo was just as described and had great views. It was a good location we were minutes from the beach and a short Uber ride to old San Juan. Communication with the host was easy and efficient and she answered any questions we had. It was a perfect place for just my husband and I for the week in San Juan.

A word from the owners...
Since 2007 I have been renting out the property and registered with the Puerto Rico Tourist Company ID Number 070614. I'm responsible and throughout the year my priorities have been to give my clients the best quality and service. I know renting a condo by owner can be a new experience for people who are accustomed to staying at hotels, this can also stir up anxious feelings about not knowing what to expect. In order to reassure and ease potential customer, upon request we can offer phone numbers for property verification, also before booking, we can arrange to show the property. We are very proud to be part of the HomeAway family for so many years. Our reviews show the stories of so many happy and satisfied customers. We invite you to come and experience the magic of Puerto Rico
