This beautiful single-family home in Narragansett offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. Featuring a spacious interior with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, open living room with a cozy fireplace, and a modern kitchen. The expansive yard includes vibrant flower beds and borders tranquil wetlands, providing both privacy and a picturesque setting.



FIRST FLOOR



Living Area -

The living room, dining room and kitchen flow nicely on the main living level. The living features cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace. The dining room includes a full dining table, chairs, and access to the deck. The kitchen is modern, fully applianced, and includes everything that you need to cook a family meal.



Master Bedroom -

The first floor master bedroom is spacious and includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, full en suite bathroom, tv, and dresser for clothing storage. Air conditioning is provided by a mini-split mounted on the wall.



SECOND FLOOR



The second floor includes 3 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Bedroom 4 - King bed, dresser, closet, tv and mini split AC

Yard -

This home is located at the end of a cul de sac and abuts a small pond. There is a deck on the side of the home and a mostly fenced in yard in the rear.



Parking - Parking is available in the garage and driveway. There is a 6-car limit.



BEACH ACCESS



This home is located in the Bonnet Shores neighborhood and includes access to Kelly Beach (1.5 mi away). There is no parking at the beach. Free shuttle buses run on the weekends and pick up one street over. A household pass is provided and will grant you access to both the shuttle bus and beach. Please take care of the pass; a $100 fee applies to lost passes.

Great location with plenty of space

We stayed here with another family for the weekend during a soccer tournament at URI. It was very clean with plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. Very close to Narragansett Beach area with lots of great restaurants and only 15mins to URI campus. All around a great stay.
