This secluded property includes a lovely exterior with in-ground, saltwater heated swimming pool, decorative pond with waterfall, and a veranda and deck for outdoor entertaining. The eat-in, high end kitchen features all of the necessary appliances and amenities with doors leading out to the deck and saltwater pool.

The first-floor den can either be used as a separate family room or bedroom with a sleeper sofa and full bathroom just down the hallway. In addition to the spacious second floor primary bedroom with en-suite bath, there are two further bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. Overflow space is located in the finished basement along with a laundry room.

Guests will have full and private access to the property. Our property manager will be available on standby as needed.

The pool is open from late May through late September.
No cameras are on the property with the exception of a Ring door bell.
The maximum number of people in the house will not exceed eight at any time and will coincide with the numbers provided when booking. Should the renter not follow the maximum number of guest limit, $250 will be charged per person per night for every guest before eviction.

Please be respectful of our neighbors - no excessive noise from 10:00pm - 9:00am in line with town ordinances. A non-recording decibel device is on-site.

Booked guests and anyone in their party agree to use the property, including the swimming pool, at their own risk, and will not hold the property owners or managers liable for any and all eventualities.

The water at the house is supplied by an underground well where regular usage needs to be maintained. Please do not use in excess.

Minimum age for primary renter is 30.

No parties or events.

No pets.

Owners reserve the right to access the property for audit purposes should there be a clear violation of the rules. A non-recording decibel device is located on the veranda.
