We had a few families stay in the house for a soccer tournament. It was a great space for all of us. The host was very flexible and communication was easy. The neighborhood was cute and we walked down the street to get dinner. I would recommend this house and host 100%.

Stayed here for 6 nights to attend PGA golf tournament in Newtown Square. House was very clean, beds were comfortable. Convenient location to go into Philly as well out to the suburb to the course. Had 4 adults who came in four cars so each person had their own room and plenty of street parking for all vehicles.

The house is beautifully maintained! It is a 1920 home- we really enjoyed our stay. The little sun room was so nice we liked sitting in there. Every thing went really well. We were there for a wedding at the highland mansion approx 30 minutes away from the house. I would definitely rent this home again! The host was kind enough to allow a 3pm check in as we needed to be at the rehearsal dinner by 5pm. We really appreciated that.

Joanne's Upper Darby property is spacious, comfortable, and has an older home charm and style. It accommodated five guests with their own bedrooms easily. The home is in a nice, safe neighborhood and conveniently located. There's plenty of street parking directly in front. Check-in was easy and communication was good. Joanne resolved a minor issue quickly. Among many properties considered, this was the best value for the area. I'd certainly enjoy staying again.

Nice clean house. We enjoyed our 2night stay here. Busy neighborhood. Busy streets. House was quiet though. It has an occupied duplex attached to it. Didn’t bother us at all. Very old house but has gone through some upgrades. I would recommend this house.
