Escape to serene and beautiful Bear Lake! Your group will sleep comfortably with 5 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds. Fully remodeled home in a peaceful location midway on the lake's popular west side with incredible lake and mountain views. Plenty of space to gather for memorable moments with loved ones. Ample outdoor paved parking. AC and WiFi included. Max group size 16.

Six minutes to Garden City for food and shakes, but tucked away from its noise and crowds. A quick 16 minute drive gets you to the lake's popular North Beach.

Please be respectful of the peaceful area and of my neighbors. No ATVs, UTV's, dirt bikes, events, parties.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take any trash to the dumpsters down by the highway
Please close all windows, lower all blinds, close drapes, lock all doors, exit through the basement door, enter code 2025 to lock it and verify that the deadbolt engaged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
LVP floors and carpets are new. Please remove shoes when entering the home
Beach towels are not provided. Please wash sand and sunscreen off using the outdoor shower wand. Thanks for helping keep our home in good condition!
There is an RV pad on the far south of the property which may be occupied during your stay. Fireworks and firepits are strictly prohibited.

Great location with lake view. Home is immaculately clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Our family of 16 (ages 12 to 78) used it for a 4-day reunion. Everyone loved the accommodations and the location. We will definitely be back!

Amazing property

This home had everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. A beautiful view of the lake, plenty of paved parking for our boat and several other vehicles, beautifully landscaped, plenty of beds and fully furnished with all we needed. It felt like we were at our own home. The owner was amazing to work with and concerned that we had a memorable vacation.

What makes this property unique

Our home is located in an ideal spot with sweeping views of the lake and the mountains. It's far enough away from the Garden City and the highway to ensure peace and quiet. Five minutes to grocery/restaurants/hardware/clothing/ATM in Garden City. There's a pizza place and a convenience store only 2 minutes away in Fish Haven.
