Located in Rockwood, this delightful cottage is a dream. With 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, a sofa queen bed with a full size trundle,, and a cozy queen sofa bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 4 bathrooms are equipped with luxurious amenities like a jetted bathtub and bidets. Enjoy the convenience of central AC, WiFi, and a fitness room during your stay. We hope you enjoy what our place and Rockwood have to offer.

Enjoy swimming, fishing and boating with the best lake and mountain view on all of Watts Barr. This stunning, deep lakefront cottage, with infinity pool, spa, and indoor and outdoor wood fireplaces has its own sizable private dock and is minutes away from local marinas and resturants.

Outdoor life is abundant in this cozy and serene gated community with walking trails, a pavilion and white sandy beaches.

Centrally located between Knoxville (40 min), Chattanooga (1hr), and Nashville (2 hr).

The home has a fully stocked kitchen, a premium selection of blankets and pillows, and luxury linens and new mattresses throughout to ensure your comfort. There is a Primo XL ceramic grill and two gas grills available for your outdoor cooking as well as a wood fire pit, an outdoor built in fireplace, and a propane fire table.

There is year-round deep water at our dock and a boat ramp right across from the dock that is available solely for community residents.

Our neighborhood is family friendly and walkable. There are lake and moutain views throughout the house and the community.

Rockwood has a quaint downtown and is within 10 miles of Kingston which has a great selection of restaurants and shopping.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
To lock exterior French glass doors, firmly shut door (may need to push in to confirm shut), pull up firmly on the doorknob to activate the upper lock, turn lock vertically and confirm both doors lock
Leave towels in bathtubs or in provided plastic baskets upstairs or downstairs.
Community dumpster - leave entrance gate, go right, then take your first right and go into another gate with code 5002 (dumpster & boat launch). During your stay you can leave trash in outside bench.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please lock all doors when away from the home. The are multiple double doors and to lock pull up on each door and then put lock in vertical position.
Please put all wet towels in washing machine or plastic laundry bins.
Please do not have any glass in the pool or spa area and report any spills or issues asap. Pets should not be left alone or uncrated in home.

Our family had a great time at this property. The view of the lake is wonderful. My kids loved the pool/hot tub and the billiards and table tennis were very nice features. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked two dinners during our stay and grilled burgers on the Green Egg. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

We stayed here for our anniversary week and absolutely loved it! The house was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We used the pool and spa every day, and the lake views from everywhere in the house were incredible—especially the sunrises from the upper deck.We also loved our quiet morning walks around the community—it was so peaceful and a perfect way to start the day. The game room and downstairs kitchen were great, and the loft upstairs gave us a nice spot to work when needed. The outdoor TV was a huge bonus—we got to watch Sunday football from the hot tub (Go Packers!).The owners were kind, easy to communicate with, and made everything seamless. We had the best time and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a perfect lake getaway.
