The layout of the house was great and being a single story layout made everything convenient. I especially enjoyed the kitchen with the coffee nook. It was so spacious that it made cooking easy, which meant I didn’t need to spend extra money eating out all the time. There were also a number of grocery stores nearby. - Private Dock & Lake Access: Swim, fish, or lounge on the large dock with direct access to the Tennessee River.

- Bring Your Boat - Put boat in at Tom Fuller Park, 3 miles away, and then park trailer at the Retreat at Watts Bar property. The ride from the boat ramp to the property is about 1 mile where you can then tie boat up to the side of the dock (as owner uses the private slip).

- Water Levels - Regulated by TVA, so standard timeframe for water, up to the water wall, is April 15 to at least October 15

- Complimentary Lake Toys: Enjoy the 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards, tubes, pool float and fishing poles for endless water fun.

- Private Hot Tub: Unwind in the hot tub with stunning lake views.

- Hammocks in the trees: Grab a book, take a nap, or just soak in the fresh lake air.
