Not only is the property equipped with everything you could possibly need for your vacation, but it is lcated on the Emerald Island Resort, which has a host of amenities available for your stay.
This wonderful home provides the following layout for your truly magical Floridian vacation.
GROUND FLOOR:
As you walk in the front door, you will see the huge open plan Ground Floor space with two living areas, the first area for sitting, chatting or reading and the second a family/friends area to sit and watch the 100 inch wall mounted TV screen. There is a formal Dining Table to seat 8 persons, with 2 bar stools at the Breakfast counter. The professionally designed kitchen has everything you could need to produce a quick snack or a Corden Bleu meal for friends and family. This kitchen has a Keurig and a separate drip coffee machine. There is a massive kitchen island with 4 chairs for anyone wishing to have a quick bite to eat or sit and chat with a refreshing drink anytime of the day, whilst enjoying the beautiful view of the lake and conservation area at the back of the property.
The large, light Master King Bedroom is located on the Ground Floor and has its own superb ensuite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. There is a walk-in closet and a wall mounted TV. This lovely bedroom opens directly onto the pool deck area.
The Garage Games Room (with its own A/C) boasts an Air Hockey table, Basketball net game, Fast & the Furious Arcade Game, Marvel Arcade game, sofa, high table and stools along with a wall mounted TV. A great addition to this home where everyone can have fun at any time. The Owners have also provided 2 bikes for Guest Use.
The Washer and Dryer are located near to the Games Room on the Ground Floor, should Guests wish to launder during their stay, along with a separate Downstairs Restroom.

UPSTAIRS:
As you walk up, you will see a light, spacious galleried landing offering a great view down onto the Family TV Living Area with its massive fan on the vaulted ceiling.
To the Left of the staircase:
Nintendo Twin Bedroom (2 single beds) complete with its own closet and wall mounted TV, which I am sure will be a massive hit with children and young adults of all ages.
Both the Nintendo and Hulk bedrooms share the Jack and Jill Nintendo Bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Hulk Twin Bedroom (2 single beds) with its own closet and wall-mounted TV.
King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Tub/Shower combo, own closet and wall mounted TV.
To the Right of the stairs:
King Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom with Tub/Shower combo - this room overlooks the pool deck are with a lake and conservation view. There is a large closet and a wall mounted TV.
Bunk Bed Marvel Room with Twin bed on Top and Queen Bed underneath, with its own closet and wall mounted TV.
The Marvel Bedroom shares the Jack and Jill Marvel Bathroom with Tub/Shower combo with Guardians Bunk Bed Room.
Bunk Bed Guardians of the Galaxy Room with Twin Bed on Top and Queen Bed underneath, with its own closet and wall mounted TV.

OUTSIDE:
The Kitchen area patio door gives you access to the private, spacious pool deck which overlooks a lake and a conservation area. It has a beautiful view. Here you can sit under the lanai in comfort with your morning coffee or relax with a drink after a hectic day out and about in the Parks. It is truly a relaxing space for everyone. At night the pool and spa area takes on a new personality with various light colors to suit your mood.
There is an outside dining table and 6 chairs for Al Fresco eating and drinking, along with another 4 chairs and small table, 2 pool loungers, 2 rocking chairs and a small sofa - so plenty of outside seating to enjoy the glorious Floridian weather and stunning vista.
The large pool has its own spa (please note it is not a hot tub). The pool and spa can be heated for an extra cost - this is recommended particularly in the winter months from November to March. Please check with the office for the cost of pool heat.
The outside pool area is not overlooked and has no rear neighbors.

The Owners have provided the following equipment for children: 2 x umbrella strollers, 1 x bed guard, 1 x high chair, 1 x pack and play, along with kid's plastic tableware.
