Welcome to your private guest suite - for 2. Perfect for remote workers, travel nurses, and couples. This modern one-bedroom retreat features fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable living space, and convenient access to San Tan Mountain trails, the Sports Complex, and the airport.

Guests may be staying in the main home during your visit.
You can also book the guesthouse suite along with the main house.

The suite includes a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette for light cooking (no stove), and a private laundry room.

The Suite is located on the right side of the main home. If interested in renting the Suite/casita with the main home. Feel free to check its availability at the time of booking.

This is a great property for a short stay. The bed was comfortable. Having access to a washer and dryer was also a bonus. It was advertised as a kitchenette. There is a full size refrigerator, but without a stove and oven it's really not functional unless you want to dine-out or take-out your whole stay. There's also not enough dishes, cookware or bakeware to actually prepare a meal. This is attached to the main house with a locked door, but you can expect to hear the renters in the main house.
