Fantastic stay. House was so beautiful and clean and accomodating for our family. Perfect for families with kids with the perfect amount of space to feel like you aren’t living on top of eachother either. We stayed for 5 nights and wish we could have doubled it! Definitely will be back. Highly recommend.

The property was very large and exceptionally clean and had beautiful views including ocean views. There were also added benefits like free drinks and snacks which were welcoming. My friends and I had a fantastic stay and will definitely stay there again. What a beautiful home.

The host was very accommodating, as the gas tank for the bbq emptied, the host personally refilled it. The place was very clean on arrival and everything worked perfectly fine. They had many amenities and the kitchen was stocked with many appliances and ware. The only improvements I can think of is more specifics for baking with circular dishes, muffin tray, etc etc. Other than that which is barely a negative the host was amazing and was very kind on the phone and quick to reply. Would definitely recommend this host.

Beach Vibes is a great way for families or small groups to experience the Kiama region without giving up the comforts of home. The property has 4 generous sized bedrooms (two with TV's) as well as a large kitchen / dining area and deck that overlooks the beach. We travelled via train and walked the 15mins to the property (a couple of small hills but footpaths most of the way). The property offers many small gestures that make you feel valued such as diffusers in most rooms, pantry items in the kitchen and games to play on those rainy days. My family can't wait to return. Thanks for such a wonderful holiday 😃

We had such a fantastic time staying in Kiama – it truly exceeded our expectations! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We didn’t want to leave! The view from the balcony was stunning.The location was perfect – just a short drive to the beach, cafes, and the Blowhole.We got a bit confused trying to find the property from the front and had to walk through to unlock the back gate via the lane to be able to park in the driveway. Other than that the key box was easy to find.Whether you're after a quiet escape or a base to explore the South Coast, this place is a gem. We’ll definitely be back next time we visit Kiama!
