Wonderful patio. Fenced in for dog freedom. Beautiful view of water (canal). Enjoyed a very relaxing stay. Excellent breeze. Good neighbors. Nice flooring. Garage for car. Good restaurants nearby. Close to Marina. Large TV with streaming. Weather was fantastic. Close to Brentwood for fruit picking.

the uniqueness about the property is the view from inside the living looking out to the water during beautiful hot sunny days, and during the winter and spring, watching the rain hit the water. The backyard is a stress reducer at any time at any given day.
