Very convenient place for my friends to visit me in Martinez. Clean, relatively quiet and had everything needed.

Stayed over with a bunch of friends traveling around the Bay Area. Loved being able to be in a remote and quiet space, while not being awfully far from the city. Everything was clean, tidy, big-group friendly, and super safe. Had a couple complications when it came to check-in logistics, supply shortages, and utilities specifics, but Katie was truly an effective and reliable when communicating with her. Definitely some opportunities for improvement for new arrivals, but had a stellar weekend. Will definitely come back :)

Wedding Week

The property was centrally located and easy to access for the week of a friend’s wedding. The home accommodated the six of us even with only one bathroom. The host dropped off an air mattress and extra bedding too. One in our group had to work remotely and had no issues with internet capabilities. We minimally used the kitchen, but had what we needed. The busy street outside was a bit noisy. Overall it was a great stay!

Mostly clean but would have liked to have cleaning supplies available for longer stays so we could keep the property clean and mop the floors. Everything else was great.
